Stalkers Can Be Stopped and Control Over Your Life Reclaimed
Let Me Help
My goals in assisting you go well beyond simply identifying the source of a given stalking campaign. My approach is a multi-faceted one that looks to achieve 3 core missions:
1. Weaken the Stalker
2. Strengthen the Victim
3. End the Stalking
What is Stalking and How I Can Help
Stalking is the act of repeatedly following, harassing, or threatening another person, causing them to feel afraid or unsafe. It can take many forms, including physical following, repeated phone calls or texts, leaving unwanted gifts, or even hacking into someone's social media accounts. According to the Stalking Resource Center, stalking can also include monitoring an individual's online activity, as well as posting information or spreading rumors about them online.
It's a serious crime that can have devastating consequences for the victim. Stalking can lead to physical harm, emotional trauma, and even death.

So, what can you do if you or someone you know is being stalked? The first step is to report it to the police. Even if you feel the report is not being taken seriously (unfortunately, you may be right in some cases and jurisdictions) having reports on the record can be serious help later on when law enforcement does choose to investigate or when filing a civil suit. In both cases, a clear pattern of behavior is important in giving your case the needed credibility to justify investigative action by law enforcement and helps you meet the preponderance of evidence standard that a civil court will require.
Another thing you can do is to change your phone number, email address, and social media accounts. This will make it harder for the stalker to contact you. You can also change your daily routine, such as taking different routes to work or school, so that the stalker can't predict your movements.
However, in most cases stalking is crime where the need for dominance and control is a chief motivator for the stalker. As a result, police involvement, a restraining order or evasive action may be seen as a challenge to a stalker's self-appointed authority over your life causing them to escalate their activity and attacks in an effort to maintain a sense of power over you.
A stalking campaign can be overwhelming and life draining, especially when trying to resolve the matter on your own. You need not nor should not take this on alone. Help is available.
